DO WE DO CUSTOM ORDERS OR COLOURS?

Yes we do offer custom designed hand knitted knitwear. Please contact us to discuss any different patterns or colours that you would like.

Please note that custom ordered items must be prepaid and cannot be returned. 

 

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN DESIGNS OR WOOL?

Yes we can hand knit items based on your own patterns or pictures and we can hand knit items using wool supplied by you however these are on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss and for a quote.

 

ORDERING/PAYMENTS

 You can pay via Online Banking, PayPal, credit card or Laybuy.  

Payment is required in full before all products are shipped out unless we agree to other terms in writing.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Our made to order knitting timeframes are listed on the top of our website and tagged post on our Facebook page. The timeframes change regularly based on the number of orders we have. We aim to ship all ready-made stock within 2 working days of the order being received. Please allow postage time on top of this. 

 

DELIVERY & POSTAGE COSTS

Domestic and rural orders are sent via courier, they are tracked and should arrive within 1-5 business days. We will send you your tracking number once goods are sent via an email.

All Australian orders should arrive within 15 business days and are tracked. We will email you a tracking number that can be used while the goods are in NZ, once the goods are in Australia they can be traced through Australia Post.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item you are interested in purchasing is displayed as ‘Out of Stock’, please contact us for details of when the item will be back in stock.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds as most of our items are handmade individual items.

We do our very best to avoid errors, but sometimes mistakes do happen, or packages may be damaged during shipping. If you receive an incorrect order, a package that is not yours, or is damaged, please contact us.

If you receive a faulty item as a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement item or a refund.  Please retain the item you received and the packaging as we may need this to be returned to us. We are under no obligation to accept a return due to a change of mind.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

You may enter your code during checkout at the time when you enter the shipping address. Only one promotional code may be used at a time. Promotional codes must be applied to your order at time of checkout in order to qualify for a promotion. Promotional discounts cannot be applied once the order has been submitted.

 

AGE RECOMMENDATIONS

Some of our products have an age recommendation and disclaimer in the description of the products. If you have any queries regarding the use and age recommendations of our products please contact us.

 

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you wish to change your shipping address from the one provided at payment we may require a new order to be made and a refund given on the original order to comply with PayPal’s policies. 

 

GOODS PICKED UP FROM STORE

We do not accept PayPal for any store pickups, if you have paid by PayPal and would like to pick up your order we will provide a refund so that you can re-order.
